Hilary Clinton Workout
As I’ve been getting more and more involved with the US Presidential Race, and since I believe obesity is a major health issue no one is talking about, I wanted to do a little digging about the candidate’s workout programs.
Today, I’ll start with Senator Hilary Clinton.
According to her MySpace page, her favorite fitness activity is SPEED WALKING.
Now look, I believe any physical activity is better than none at all. I’d rather have everyone speed walk than sit on the couch with a bag of chips.
But then I did a little more digging…
And according to the Des Moines Register debate, she said her one New Years Resolution every year is “that I lose weight.”
Senator Clinton, if you really want to lose weight, I suggest high intensity interval strength training.
You will build more lean muscle, have more energy for the uphill battle with Barack Obama and you’ll have more free time (so you can keep a close eye on Bill)
In addition, you can show the rest of the US and the world how cardio is an ineffective way to keep fit.
I truly believe 80% of our diseases and health care issues can be solved if we got everyone off their rear ends and just followed some common-sense advice.
Think PREVENTION.
The future is interval strength training.
