Life Altering Experience
Last week changed my life.
First, I heard the news a great strength coach I’ve known for almost 10 years was shot and killed.
His name was Jason Hadeed and he left behind two young sons. He was one of the first guys who contributed to my website and I even spoke at his annual event in Maryland a few years back.
He was 31 and in the prime of his life. It was a senseless act of violence.
Jason was a great strength coach and an even better person. Even when kids couldn’t afford to train with him, he’d help them for free.
I never heard a bad word uttered about Jason.
Ever.
So that was life shake-up number one.
Then, on Friday, I took my family on a day trip to Disney to meet up with our friends who were visiting from New York.
And I’m tellin’ ya, people are getting fatter and fatter. I almost got run over by 3 large people on scooters.
I was really disgusted by how out of shape we, as a society, have become.
And no, I’m not saying everyone should have six pack abs and be completely ripped.
I’m talking about mainting a HEALTHY weight. And believe me, it doesn’t take much. I rarely workout for more than 10-15 minutes a day. (http://worldsfastestworkouts.com)
So after hearing the news about Jason and then being reminded how much help people need - I had a brainstorm.
Life is short and precious. I know I was put on this planet to help people. I’ve been blessed to have great success and I want to give back even more.
As I talked about a couple of weeks ago, it’s important to leave a legacy - and that’s what I intend to do.
I came up with a new project idea. Something really revolutionary.
It’s going to take a couple of months to develop, but I really do think this new project has the ability to change a lot of lives.
Please stay tuned as this project develops because you, as my subscriber, will be a part of my exciting BETA-group.
In the meantime, a memory page has been setup for Jason at the Legacy website: make sure to send your thoughts and prayers to his family, his loving girlfriend Jenn and his two young sons.
