A simple description of a water ball would be appreciated. It may be a stability ball with some water in it. Your What is a Water Ball? link suggests you intended to stop teasing the issue. Please consider the impact on potential customers.

ditto James; a description would help. We can only infer what it might be from the video and theres certainly no way to determine why it (the water ball) would be better than the usual implements of torture. After all the exercises appear to be the same.

Yes, a water ball is a stability ball filled with water. The exercises Tim created use the instability of the ball to your advantage.

The water ball will have a variable amount of water in in. Depending on the level of the athlete. Beginning athletes have about 10# and our most advanced athletes will use up to 25#. Use a simple water balloon filler to put the water in.
