Simple vs. Easy

As I was moderating many of the sessions yesterday at http://fitcomxpo.com, I noticed a real shift in training.

Just about every fitness professional is getting away from aerobic training and shifting to anaerobic conditioning for fat loss.

And there was one point, in the presentation by Alwyn Cosgrove during our Q & A.

He was asked if losing weight was EASY.

And Alwyn said something quite profound.

It’s SIMPLE, but not easy.

In other words, we all know what to do.

If you only had lean proteins and vegetables plus exercised, you will lose weight.

It’s fairly SIMPLE.

But it’s not always EASY.

It takes will power.

It takes effort.

But the PROCESS is simple.

He brought up the example of the TV show Survivor. Every single person has lost weight in the show.

Is it the easiest or most pleasant way to lose weight (but not really eating).

No.

But is it SIMPLE?

Yes.

That’s the theory behind my workout system (http://worldsfastestworkouts.com). It’s not EASY, but it really is SIMPLE.

Stay strong,
Ryan
