The Boston Diet

Earlier this week, my dad had a business trip in Boston. His drive was about 5 hours from New York.

For years I’ve been telling him to listen to positive and motivational audio programs during his time in the car.

So I sent him a couple of my CDs and he finally listened. He told me how incredible it was to learn and also be motivated instead of just listening to music or negative talk shows.

I can’t remember the last time I listened to entire entire radio show or more than 10 minutes of music in the car.

I’ve turned my car into a University on wheels.

If you truly want to change your life, begin by listening to audio programs in your car.

This is one of the reasons I include a coaching audio CD with my Millionaire Workout Insider program each month (http://millionaireworkout.com)

In addition to mine, there are so many audio programs to choose from. Check out Amazon or iTunes as well.

You’ll find people who you resonate with.

For example, some people love Tony Robbins and others find his programs irritating.

If I need an energy boost, I might listen to Tony. If I want something a little more soothing, I go with Brian Tracy.

I’ve been told by thousands of clients my CDs tend to motivate and get you energized (so don’t listen to my New York accent before you go to bed).

Oh yeah, all of the 100+ sessions at http://fitcomxpo.com will be recorded so you’ll be able to burn your own CDs and listen to the incredible programs over and over again.

Then again, since it’s over 100 hours of content, you might want to invest in an mp3 player otherwise get ready to burn over 100 CDs.

Well, I guess things could be worse.

Stay strong,
Ryan

P.S. We’re just 5 days away from fitcomXpo. Reserve your spot today and start meeting other people in our networking forums: http://fitcomxpo.com
