The Potato Chip Diet
Yesterday I flew to Connecticut for a quick day trip and man - are my arms tired. (ok, that’s a really corny joke)
Is it just me or are the snacks on the flights getting even worse.
The selection was one garbage carbohydrate after another.
Cookies, chips, crakers, biscotti, etc.
No wonder people cannot fit in the seats anymore. The guy next who was easily tipping the scales at 250 washed his multiple bags of chips down with about 3 cups of sugary juice.
Was he 250 because of genetics.
In-activity.
I’m sure those played a factor, but I can tell you the chips and sugary drinks didn’t help his cause.
