Q. How do I cancel my billing?
A. We have many programs and websites so here are some instructions on cancelling each program.
1) FitnessGenerator.com: In the control panel, there’s a cancellation button to cancel the program.
2) Inner Circle: All billing is handled thru www.clickbank.com, you can open up a support ticket at clickbank.com
3) Strengthcoach.com: You can cancel at anytime by going to “Edit Profile” and then canceling the monthly subscription. You can also contact demetriawallace@gmail.com if you would like to cancel or change your credit card information.
4) Presentation Domination and Method Marketing: You can cancel by opening up a support ticket.
Q. How can I change the credit card information on file?
1) You can contact our support team by opening up a ticket. You’ll need to provide the account name, the amount you are billed and any updated billing information.
2) In addition, you have a few options that would help us expedite your request as quickly as possible.
a) You can forward the new cc information to us at demetriawallace@gmail.com in 2 separate emails (for security purposes) or
b) You can call us Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am PST to 4:00 pm PST and we’ll be happy to update your information by phone and/or
c) You can forward your contact information and the best time to reach you and we’ll schedule an appt to take your credit card info (calls within the USA only).
Q. What is the different between the Ryan Lee Method and the Inner Circle program?
The Ryan Lee Method system is an A-Z program “in a box”. It shows you how to build your online business. The Inner Circle is our membership program and an ongoing weekly LIVE coaching focusing on “what’s working now”.
Q. I used to be a member of the Inner circle program, but now I can’t login.

Q. Is presentation Domination billed monthly?
A. Yes, it’s a monthly billing. Basic platform is $147.00 per month plus a one-time setup fee. The Professional platform is billed at $247.00 per month plus a one-time setup fee. We have a 30-day money guarantee.
Q. What happened to workoutpass.com? I had a lot of programs that I had saved but no longer have access.
A. Workoutpass was closed in September 2010 due to technical issues that could not be resolved.
Q. How do I make an appointment to speak with Ryan Lee with questions regarding my business?
A. Ryan’s hourly fee is $1000.00. We’ll be happy to schedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.

Q. How can I JV with Ryan Lee?
A. Ryan doesn’t endorse many products. First, the product must be a direct match for his market (no affiliate programs, automated blogs, etc.). Next, you must submit the complete product for Ryan to review. You can open a ticket to submit it there.
