How to Re-Invent Yourself
Whether it’s your business or your fitness, there comes a time where things can plateau and get a bit stagnant.
That’s when it’s time for a drastic change.
In fact, my entire business is based on thisimportant philosophy. It keeps things fresh.
Here are some real-world examples…
In regards to your training, you can try new equipment such as kettlebells or just bodyweight training (see examples at http://workoutpass.com)
When you’ve tried aerobic training, make the switch over to more effective and time-saving intervals (http://bodybot.com)
And two of my most seasoned web sites needed a jump-start so I brought on new managers to take over.
At http://strengthcoach.com - Mike Boyle completely revamped the site and brought on new pro strength coaches from college up to the NY Yankees.
At http://personaltraineru.com - Jim Labadie, Pat Rigsby and Nick Berry have uploaded new content, hired new faculty and even gave the site an entire overhaul.
I was tired of the same old boring fitness conferences so I started my own event that has changed the industry forever -

The nutritional supplement business was NOT meeting the needs of my fellow fitness professionals, so I took a big chance by
starting my own nutritional company - http://progradenutrition.com
Every publisher told me a combined health and wealth book wouldn’t work - but I took a chance and proved them wrong with my book - http://millionaireworkout.com
My point is do NOT be afraid to take a chance.
When people ask me what the secret to success is - I tell them a big part of it is to take a chance and try something different.
Make a change today.
Be risky.
Be different.
Stay strong,
Ryan
P.S. My next goal is to take on the publishing world. Just wait until you see what I have cookin’
