This Guy had 11,000 Refunds!
Ok, I admit it. Growing up I was a Neil Diamond fan. I couldn’t escape it, my Mom loved his music and my parents even went to some of his concerts back in the 80s.
Plus, he did pen one of my favorite songs from my childhood “I’m a Believer” by the Monkees.
Ok, so why am I talking about Neil Diamond.
Recently, he gave a concert but was suffering from laryngitis. He knows he was not on his A-game so what did he do?
He offered every single fan a refund. Over 11,000 refunds.
That, my friend, is how you keep a legion of fans for over 5 decades.
That is how you take care of people who have been loyal to you.
That is what happens when you put other people’s interests over your own.
That is exactly how I try and run my business.
I see so many Jonny-come-lately people trying to jump into the incredible world of Internet marketing - but they have it backwards.
They try and create information products that will only make them rich - but they forget one important ingredient.
The customer.
That is who it is really all about.
When you focus ENTIRELY on your customers and clients first, you cannot lose.
I’ve been doing this now online for over 10 years and I have seen A LOT of people come and go.
The one’s who stick around truly CARE and take their time to develop relationships.
And my dream is to be able to communicate with you for many years to come (and hopefully, make your life even just a little bit better too).
Stay strong,
Ryan
