I Got Knocked on my Ass

This morning I had a very interesting wake-up call.

While I was holding my 6 month old Camryn in my arms and feeding her, my 4 year old Jordyn was playing and thought it would be funny if hit daddy in the… well, I’ll let you just imagine where she hit me.

Every guy reading this knows the pain when you take a straight shot to your jewels.

I instantly dropped to my knee (luckily, I still held on to Camryn).

So why am I sharing this with you today. What is the lesson to be learned.

It’s amazing how a 4 year old girl can drop a 35 year old man in just one shot.

It wasn’t the FORCE in with she hit me, it was the LOCATION that mattered most.

Sometimes people get in the rat race and caught up in the “work harder” mode.

It really isn’t how HARD you work, it’s working SMART (just like in my 21 day program at http://millionaireworkout.com).

You’d be surprised how much you can accomplish in even just 50 minutes of uninterrupted focused time followed by a 10 minute break.

And the same things goes for fitness. You don’t have to sweat it out for an hour or two. Just a few minutes of the RIGHT exercise at the CORRECT intensity will give you results in a fraction of the time.
