Short and Sweet 21,15,9 Workout

Here’s a recent workout I did that doesn’t take long to complete.

Complete it in circuit format, one exercise after the other with no rest in between.

1st round - complete each exercise for 21 reps
2nd round -complete each exercise for 15 reps
3rd round - complete each exercise for 9 reps

Barbell back squat
Barbell Back Squat

Stability Ball Reverse Curl
Stability Ball Reverse Curl
