The Myth?
This weekend I was email free and spent 2 straight days swimming with my kids. I couldn’t think of a better way to recharge my batteries.
So I came back and saw a full inbox.
Since I released my first video discussing the biggest myths in fitness, my emailhas been flooded.

It seems many of my fellow fitness professionals agree with me. Most of them now almost exclusively use interval training with their clients for the best results - in the shortest time.
It has taken about 10 years for this type of training to make it’s way into the general public - and it’s finally happening.
I strongly believe you’ll see more and more people discovering the benefits of short, interval training - and we’ll get away from the bodybuilding influenced workouts like split-body part routines and long, slow cardio sessions.
