Wesley Snipes Prison Workout

Actor Wesley Snipes was sentenced to 3 years for willfully not paying his taxes.
The US Govt wants to make an example of Wesley - and they certainly did their job.
Wesley is known for his action roles and always being in phenomenal shape. The guy really is fit.
You might have seen him on TV informercials selling the Total Gym.
Now, I know about 90% of the fitness stuff on TV is pure garbage, but I happen to like the Total Gym.
In fact, I own one. It’s a great way to work the pulling movements using just my bodyweight (in addition to pull ups, of course).
You can get some nice, fluid movements plus some solid core exercises on the Total Gym as well.
